Basically we came back from the karting track to a travel lodge, and it was about 8ish, a man was cruising the car park. I watched as he smashed in a window of a pugeot. I tryed to hide slightly. Then we went up to our room in the travel lodge. Me and my dad both watched out the window to find that he had smashed into another pickup truck. Then he tryed the car on the left of the barlows van in this video but failed. The car was a fiat of some sort. Then the video shows him with the van. After the video he drives off because security and my dad where staring at him from the travel lodge door. The next step was the call to the police. They quickly turned up and required statements. The car park was next to a resturant. Stupid man! He was driving a red BMW. That night from 10-12 o clock my dad and i both gave statements to the police. This video was not used as evidence as they didnt wish to take my phone. - The police did see this video.
That also explains the bad quality.
