Description: January 18, 2006 (3:41am). Here is a video that leaked onto the internet a while back. Just to clear things up, this was not a race by any means. We weren't going all out either. My friend and I were curious if my suspension heavy '92 SW21 could hold up to the EVO 8 MR's OEM suspension + power mods on a tight hill climb. We were supposed to single lane front to back the entire way up, but he was getting in my way on the tighter sections, so I took my own lane. Not the smartest thing even at 3:41 AM. In the end, we figured that he needed to work on his driving, and my 5S-FE MR2 needed more power.
A year and two days later, my SW was hit head on by a driver who failed to yield on a left turn. The EVO now dyno's 730whp on racing fuel...with no intention of going back to the canyons.
