UPDATE: From comments., I see that some folks don't understand the reason we did this. This is a common event at many Volkswagen shows. The purpose is to show how duriable an air-cooled VW engine is. Try doing the same with another type of engine!? Plus, the VW engine can be repaired quickly and cheaply with hours.
