For the Sixth consecutive year, the Convention Center floor will be transformed into a virtual museum of custom vehicles, the majority assembled by clubs and auto enthusiast organizations from throughout the Southwest. Over 250,000 Square Feet of Exhibition Area! From 100,000 square feet of exhibition space inside the Civic Center, the Super Indoor Custom moved to the Convention Center and has expanded to over 250,000 square feet. Upwards of 10,000 fans will descend upon San Diego from across the country for the largest car show of its kind anywhere. Opening at 10am on Sunday, August 31st the auto show extravaganza begins with a set by renowned DJ Mikeski, a legendary Southern California mix master who spins old school, hip-hop and R&B, West Coast style. In six short years, the annual, all day festival of low rider and custom car expression has become a must-see event. Automobile aficionados, collectors and fans stroll through the aisles to appreciate a collection of over 400 of the ultimate show vehicles in the nation. All Star line up of cars and talent! This year, the show is proud to host some of the oldest and most prestigious car clubs in the country, among them Amigos, Majestics, Lifestyle, Premier Car club, Imperials, Los Angeles Car Club just to name a few—These clubs are represented and recognized as the top clubs in the country, they will showcase the magic and beauty that have come to define the lowrider tradition, a sport and lifestyle that seeks to build unity and peace around the concepts of “cruising” and “chillin.” An all star line up of entertainment will take center stage.
