Description: In the early 70's, the French racing driver Herve Poulain commissioned Alexander Calder to paint his BMW 3.0 CSL. It was the first of 15 automobiles that moved on to become works of Art: BMW Art Cars.
Since then some of the worlds most inventive artists have embellished BMW's with their personal visions. Our Art Car collection now encompasses works from the likes of Frank Stella, Roy Lichtenstein, David Hockney, and Jenny Holzer. Here you can watch all of them.
