Railfan between Brighton Beach and Newkirk Avenue on the B train. At some point in the video, you can hear a discussion bewtween the TO and a passenger over lost property. As the TO radioed in the call, we made a madd dash to get ahead of the Q train which we did. This is Part 1 out of 3 to the whole run. Taken 10/17/08.

Since today was the last warm day of 2007, 77 degrees to be exact, I thought I would go out to Whiteside, and railfan there, and I caught 5 Trains in just over 2 hours. Northampton is situated right on the Lehigh Secondary. It gets only 2 Norfolk Southern and 2 CP Rail trains a day. Every Saturday in the Summer.. We go down to this spot to railfan. Nothing ever really happens. Infact theres a busy mainline about 10 miles south from this spot. Even though it overall sucks really.... more
