Excessive speed was the main cause of this accident which took the life of the 17 driver of the Honda Accord. The driver lost control in the curve, crossing over the centerline into the dump truck. This happened September 1991 in the South Hill area of Puyallup on 128th street east near Reservoir road. The dump truck driver was not injured.

From September 2002. A car with 5 teenage passengers is driven at a high rate of speed. Failing to negotiate a turn, the vehicle becomes airborne, going through a corner of a house, clipping the support post for a carport/deck while driving over two parked cars with the end result of the cars and house catching.... more
