New electric bicycle for about the cost of gasoline savings over the next year! The top speed is about 25 km/hr. It cost $1500 Canadian and I have added about $400 of extras. My pride and joy! This is the product of 5 years work to build the 'best' electric folding bike. This is a real humdinger!! The motor kit adds just 12 pounds to a bike (5 pounds for the motor, 7 for the battery and controller). It does 15 mph and tows my 190 pound carcass up 14% slopes.
