Mostly these are civilian cars in military service, with a few interesting trucks and larger kübelwagen type vehicles (although no type 82 vehicles, just field cars). In der Zeit vom 21.02.2001 bis zum 03.03.2001 übte die 1-4 CAV abwechselnd jeweils mit einem verstärktem Troop im Raum Eschenbach, Bayreuth und Neustadt am Kulm. Beteiligt waren insgesamt 300 Soldaten mit 88 Radfahrzeugen, 60 Kettenfahrzeuge (darunter 10 Kampanzer des Typs M1A1 Abrams), sowie 8 Helikopter. Die Bundeswehr nahm als Gast an der Übung mit Luchsen teil.
