American 1847 from JFK to DFW (New York to Dallas) on May 29, 2008, MD-80 jet. Touching down at 10:04 AM on DFW's runway 17 Left. I believe we shot the ILS based on the weather, but not for certain. Notice the American jet departing the parallel runway as we're touching down. Traffic held in position while we crossed the right side (17 Right).

Flight from Tampa to Dallas, pilot announced a failure of one of the two engines, resulting in shut down of that engine prior to landing. We were so close to DFW that we just went ahead and landed there.
