This vid shows what sound the VW makes when locking/unlocking. First there was no sound at all. Then I adapted the comfort module with VAG-com and setting the lock-beep adaption to 1 instead of 0. Then I swapped the horn honk for a nice chirp.

Here is a video from guysoflidar.com that shows the TrueLock feature of the Escort 9500i does not work as advertised. It locks out the false alert and also the real police radar on K band. This is due to the 9500i locking out too much of the frequency range.
